WINGS OVER HOUSTON AIRSHOW
One of the premier airshows in the South, featuring full-scale and RC warbird demonstrations. A must-attend event for any aviation enthusiast in the Houston area. Held annually at Ellington Airport.
LONE STAR FLY-IN
A beloved Texas RC gathering focused on scale and warbird aircraft. Great atmosphere, great pilots, great aircraft. The Lone Star Fly-In draws serious giant scale builders from across the Southwest.
TEXAS RC WARBIRD NATIONALS
Dedicated giant scale warbird competition bringing out the best aircraft in Texas. If you want to see what JP Hobby retracts look like on a perfectly-built giant scale warbird, this is the event.
LOCAL AMA CHAPTER EVENTS
Your local AMA chapter is the foundation of the warbird community. Find your nearest club, get access to a proper runway, and connect with pilots who share your passion for scale aircraft.
